ZW32-12 Series outdoor AC high-voltage Vacuum circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as the circuit breaker) is an outdoor distribution equipment with a rated voltage of 12KV and three-phase AC 50Hz. Mainly used for breaking and closing load current, overload current, and short-circuit current in power systems.

Suitable for protection and control in substations and industrial and mining enterprise distribution systems, it can also be used as a section switch for 12kV urban or rural power grids.

Circuit breakers can be equipped with isolation switches or surge protectors according to user needs.

The circuit breaker can be equipped with manual spring mechanism or electric spring mechanism, and the electric spring mechanism can be equipped with wireless remote control.

Circuit breakers can be combined with corresponding controllers to form automatic reclosers, sectionalizers, etc. according to user requirements, achieving distribution network automation.

6. Temperature difference: not exceeding 25 ℃;

7. Relative humidity: daily average not exceeding 95%, monthly average not exceeding 90%;

8. A place without flammability, explosion hazard, chemical corrosion, and severe vibration.

III. Structural characteristics

1. The circuit breaker adopts a three-phase pillar structure, which has the characteristics of stable and reliable breaking performance, no combustion and explosion hazards, maintenance free, small size, light weight, and long service life.

2. The circuit breaker adopts a fully enclosed structure with good sealing performance, which helps to improve moisture-proof and anti condensation performance, especially suitable for use in cold or humid areas.

3. The three-phase pillars and current transformers adopt imported outdoor epoxy resin solid insulation, or indoor epoxy resin wrapped with organic silicon rubber solid insulation; It has the characteristics of high and low temperature resistance, UV resistance, and aging resistance.

4. The operating mechanism adopts a miniaturized spring operating mechanism, with low power of the energy storage motor and low energy consumption for opening and closing; The mechanism transmission adopts the true motion transmission method, with a small number of components and high reliability. The operating mechanism is placed in a sealed mechanism box, which solves the problem of rusting of the operating mechanism and improves its reliability.

5. The opening and closing operations of the circuit breaker can be manually or electrically operated, as well as remotely controlled. It can be matched with intelligent controllers to achieve distribution automation, and can also be combined with coincidence controllers to form automatic reclosers and sectionalizers.

6. Circuit breakers can be equipped with two-phase or three-phase current transformers for overcurrent or short-circuit protection, and can also provide current acquisition signals to intelligent controllers; According to user requirements, measuring current transformers can be installed.

7. The circuit breaker can be equipped with a three-phase interlocking isolation switch, which has a visible fracture when the isolation switch is in the open state, and has an anti misoperation interlock device with the circuit breaker body. The circuit breaker can only be operated when the isolation switch is fully closed or fully opened. Can be connected to lightning arrester post insulators for easy maintenance.
