II. Terms of Use

1. The ambient air temperature shall not exceed+40 ℃, not be lower than -5 ℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours shall not exceed+35 ℃;

2. Indoor installation and use, the altitude of the usage location shall not exceed 2000m;

3. The relative humidity of the surrounding air should not exceed 50% at a maximum temperature of+40 ℃, and should be allowed at lower temperatures

Considering the possibility of occasional condensation due to temperature changes, a large relative temperature (e.g. 90% at+2C ℃) may be considered;

4. The inclination angle between the equipment installation and the vertical plane shall not exceed 5 °;

5. The equipment should be installed in places without severe vibration and impact, as well as in places where electrical components are not susceptible to corrosion;

6. When users have special requirements, they can negotiate with the manufacturer to resolve them.

III. Structural characteristics

The cabinet body of GGD type AC low-voltage distribution cabinet adopts the form of a universal cabinet, and the frame is assembled by local welding of 8MF cold-formed steel. The frame parts and special supporting parts are supplied by designated steel production factories to ensure the accuracy and quality of the cabinet body. The components of the universal cabinet are designed according to the modular principle and have 20 installation holes. The high universal coefficient enables factories to achieve pre production, shortening the production cycle and improving work efficiency.

The design of GGD cabinets fully considers the heat dissipation issues during cabinet operation. There are different numbers of heat dissipation slots on both ends of the cabinet. When the electrical components inside the cabinet heat up, the hot air rises and is discharged through the upper slot, while the cold air is continuously replenished into the cabinet through the lower slot, forming a natural ventilation channel from bottom to top in the sealed cabinet, achieving the purpose of heat dissipation.

According to the requirements of modern industrial product design, the GGD cabinet adopts the golden ratio method to design the cabinet body shape and the division dimensions of each part, making the whole cabinet beautiful and elegant, with a new look. The cabinet door is connected to the frame with a pivot type movable hinge, which is easy to install and disassemble. The folded edge of the door is embedded with a mountain shaped rubber strip. When closing the door, the strip between the door and the frame has a certain compression stroke, which can prevent direct collision between the door and the cabinet, and also improve the protection level of the door.

The instrument door equipped with electrical components is connected to the frame with multiple strands of soft copper wire, and the installation parts inside the cabinet are connected to the frame with rolling screws, forming a complete grounding protection system for the entire cabinet.

The cabinet is coated with polyester orange baked paint, which has strong adhesion and good texture. The entire cabinet has a matte color tone, avoiding glare effects and creating a comfortable visual environment for the on duty personnel.

The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when needed to facilitate the assembly and adjustment of the main busbar on site. The four corners of the cabinet top are equipped with lifting rings for lifting and shipping.

The protection level of the cabinet is IP30, and users can also choose between IP20-IP40 according to the requirements of the usage environment.
